Review a few organizational charts for companies to get a feel for how the work is distributed inside a company.
Continuing in your notebook, consider which tasks in the 3 primary areas of your organization that you DON'T want to ultimately be responsible for. Start to flesh out where those roles fit into your company.
Compare those tasks to the first job description you created and see if you need to edit anything.
