Start considering your QBR. What's the single most critical task in your business?
Begin monitoring your time. You don't need to track every little thing. Take a look at the key activities of your business and get clear on who much time they really take. Where do they fall in the 4D mix?
Continuing in your notebook, document your money stories and your mindset throughout the week.
Celebrate your wins - including when you are in Growth mode and every time you have a new AWARENESS. If you're in A-Club, be sure to celebrate in the group!
